Catastrophic illness or injury can be challenging for any individual. CMSI’s URAC accredited program and experienced certified case managers work directly with plan members and their dependents to help facilitate high-quality care, minimize complications, and coordinate complex cases. CMSI’s case management services can be bundled together with utilization management services or carved out separately as a stand alone management and support solution. Specialty complex case management includes oncology, renal/dialysis, transplant, traumatic injuries, and high-risk women’s health/obstetrics.

CMSI’s nurse case managers are also uniquely trained and skilled in medical stop-loss review, offering years of experience to insurance underwriters when reviewing claims for best-in-class management and ongoing coverage.
