Our nurses and advocates are experienced and skilled at navigating the complexities of today’s healthcare system with use of proprietary cost and quality transparency tools and resources. Members are able to directly contact a member of the medical navigation team to research the most cost-effective and appropriate solution available to them in their area, with assistance in scheduling if needed. Navigational services are directly integrated with our TPA partners so that claims are paid according to the most affordable rates made available.
