Musculoskeletal injuries affect about 80% of the general population at some point during their employment careers. CMSI utilizes a proprietary population identification and engagement program to drive success in avoiding costly injuries and triaging members to the most appropriate care when needed. Through integrated virtual and telehealth options, to high-touch collaboration with physical therapists, employees are provided with a supportive care team that will get them back to full function and activity as soon as possible. Physical therapists also navigate and refer members to best-practice orthopedic providers when more advanced medical intervention is needed.
