Benefits and eligibility must be verified with the plan administrator prior to initiating an Authorization request.

Please note: If the plan administrator provided a reference number during your benefit and eligibility call, please note it in the details of the Authorization request.

First time users must register their account prior to submitting and accessing the portal.

If registration has been completed, you can proceed to the Provider Portal to submit case requests or to check an Authorization status.
